Reservation process with Chef Yoann Brock
1. Initial contact:
You can contact the chef via the contact form on his website or by e-mail at the following address: reservations@chefyoannbrock.fr
2. Making an appointment :
The chef will arrange a meeting with you to discuss your request. During this meeting, which can take place in person or by video call depending on the type of service, he will ask you questions such as :
- Your kitchen and equipment
- Your culinary preferences and requirements (allergy, intolerances, etc.)
3. Menu proposal :
After taking your needs and preferences into account, the chef will propose a personalised menu.
You will then be able to approve this menu or express any reservations. The chef will then adjust his proposal accordingly.
4. Booking confirmation :
Once the menu has been validated, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% to confirm the reservation*.
Reservations must be made at least one week before the date of the event.
5. Day of the Event :
The chef will arrive at your home at the agreed time to cook.
The balance of the payment must be made on the chef's arrival before he starts cooking.
6. Conditions and Additional Charges :
Some luxury products may lead to a variation in price.
The chef will take care of the food, shopping, washing up and leaving the kitchen clean.
Travelling more than 15 kilometres will incur additional charges.
7. Preparing the kitchen :
It is imperative that your kitchen is clean and the crockery ready to use on the day of the service.

Note: The amount of the deposit and the refund terms and conditions in the event of cancellation or modification of the reservation must be clarified with the chef when the appointment is made.
